Finley's First Three Months

It's unbelievable that three months have already passed. Finley amazes us each day by the little things that she has learned to do. Here are some of Finn's favorites...

1. Bath - Every night at 6:30pm, we give Finn her bath. She absolutely LOVES it!!! She kicks and smiles the entire time.

2. Thumb - Loves to suck her thumb! (especially at night or during nap time)

3. Giggling - She did this for the first time on February 11. I think that I was more amazed by it than she. Ever so often, she'll entertain me with her giggles.

4. Sleeping - I think this is actually mommy and daddy's favorite. As of her three month birthday on February 19, Finn slept and has been sleeping (fingers crossed) from 7pm to 7am. The scheduling has definitely paid off!

5. Music - Mommy is by no means Andrea Bocelli , but Finn seems to love music and singing. Pianist...Violinist....who knows what the future may hold for her.

Our little bear is growing up so fast... Can't wait to see what she does to amaze us in the coming months.

Finley is Here!

Jason and I are proud to announce the arrival of our daughter - Finley Monroe Harris. She was born on Wednesday, November 19 at 1:49pm weighing 8 lbs and 1 oz.

39 weeks - November 14, 2008

After our doctor's visit last week, Dr. Garcia said to have our bags packed and ready! She expects Finley to arrive before her due date.

Jason and I are so very excited and can't wait to meet our little girl.

Baby Preparation Party

On Saturday evening, October 18th, the Harris, Eastman and Browning families hosted the best baby preparation party one could ever want. Jason and I agreed that it was by far the best celebration we've had next to our wedding day.

We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family and know how lucky we are to have met such a great group of friends. Jason and I are thrilled to know that our daughter (who will be here in about 3 weeks!) will grow up surrounded by such people. Thanks so much for everything! We love each and every one of you!

The Chair Has Arrived!!!

Finn's chair delivered this morning! Only a few more things to finish before her nursery is complete....

44 days until our daughter arrives!! Finley, mommy and daddy can't wait!!!

Sebastian's Excited!

So excited that he's testing out Finn's swings and toys to be sure they are safe for his baby sis. Little does he know that he's about to be #2 in the house. Our poor little booga!
